decoration acceptance is divided into three stages: initial stage, middle stage and final stage, and the acceptance items in each stage are different, especially the acceptance of concealed works in the middle stage, which is crucial to the overall quality of home decoration

initial acceptance of decoration acceptance

the most important thing of initial acceptance is to check whether the mobilization materials (such as putty, glue, etc.) are consistent with the materials on the budget sheet in the contract, especially to check whether the brand of water and electricity transformation materials (wires, water pipes) belongs to the special brand of the decoration company, so as to avoid mixing other materials in the mobilization materials to affect the later construction. If the owner finds that the mobilized materials are different from the brand in the contract, he can refuse to sign on the material acceptance sheet until it is negotiated with the decoration company

generally, the mid-term acceptance can be carried out after about 15 days of decoration (the villa construction time is relatively long). The mid-term acceptance is divided into the first acceptance and the second acceptance. The first acceptance involves ceiling, water circuit, wood products and other items, and the second acceptance is dedicated to the inspection of waterproof rooms used in decoration. Therefore, the medium-term project is the most complex step in the decoration acceptance, and whether it passes the acceptance will affect the progress of many decoration projects in the later stage

ceiling: to accept the ceiling, first check whether the wooden keel of the ceiling is painted with fireproof materials, and then check the spacing of suspenders. The spacing of suspenders should not be too large, otherwise it will affect its bearing capacity, and the spacing should be between 600mm-900mm. Again, check the firmness of the suspender and whether there is shaking. The suspender should be fixed with expansion bolts. Some foremen use wooden bolts to save costs, which is difficult to ensure the stability of the suspender. The suspender must be fixed with expansion bolts in the vertical direction, and plastic bolts can be used in the horizontal direction. Finally, the flatness of the keel should be checked by pulling a line

waterway reconstruction: the inspection of waterway reconstruction is mainly to carry out the pressure test. The pressure during the pressure shall not be less than 6 kg, and the pressure time shall not be less than 15 minutes. Then check whether the pressure gauge has pressure relief. If there is pressure relief, check whether the valve is closed. If there is a pipe leakage problem, immediately notify the foreman, and deal with the pipe leakage before the next construction

circuit transformation: when checking and accepting the circuit, we must pay attention to whether the wires used are the brand of the decoration company and whether the wires meet the standards. Substandard wires have thick skin and thin copper core or thin skin and thick copper core. These two substandard wires have an impact on the current load, resulting in potential safety hazards for the owner in future use

when checking the circuit transformation, we should also check the closure of the socket. If the original socket is displaced, the displaced part should be treated with moisture-proof and waterproof treatment, and sealed with more than 3 layers of waterproof tape. At the same time, check whether the circuit connector in the ceiling is also treated with waterproof tape

wood products: for wood products made on site, we should first pay attention to whether their appearance meets the design requirements and whether their dimensions are accurate. For the wooden door made on site, it is also required to check whether the opening direction of the door is reasonable. The door seams above and around the wooden door shall not exceed 3mm, and the lower seam is generally 5-8mm In addition to checking the door seam, you should also check whether the seam of the door pocket is tight

wall and floor tiles: the main purpose of wall and floor tiles is to check their hollowing rate and color difference. The owner can use a small hammer to knock the corners of the wall and floor tiles to check whether there is hollowing. The hollowing rate of wall and floor tiles shall not exceed 5%, otherwise it will fall off. It is worth noting that the middle hollowing of the wall and floor tiles is not allowed. Insufficient mortar, improper base treatment, and insufficient soaking time of the tiles may lead to hollowing in the middle of the tiles. If hollowing occurs in the middle of the tiles, the owner should ask the foreman to remove and paste these tiles again

when checking the color difference, pay attention to whether the brand of ceramic tiles is the same, whether they are of the same batch number, and whether they are paved at the same time. The owner can also check the aesthetics of wall and floor tiles. Generally, the seam of seamless tiles is about 1.5mm, not more than 2mm, and the seam of tiles with radian on the edge is about 3mm. In addition, we should also check whether the walls and floor tiles have missing edges and corners

wall surface and top surface: check the flatness of the putty on the acceptance wall surface and top surface, which can be checked with a guiding rule, and it is qualified if the error is within 2-3mm. The owner shall pay special attention to whether the internal and external corners are square and straight when accepting the wall surface and top surface, which can be inspected with a square ruler

if the owner finds problems during the interim acceptance, he should immediately inform the foreman for rectification, and after the rectification, the foreman should notify the owner for re acceptance

waterproof: Waterproof acceptance is another highlight of medium-term acceptance. Generally, rooms with floor drains will be waterproof. Whether the waterproof is in place will not only affect the owner's daily life, but also affect the interests of downstairs owners. Water avoidance test is a common method to test waterproofing in home decoration. During the water avoidance test, the foreman needs to confirm the water avoidance time with the owner and the downstairs residents at the same time, then close the drain hole of the room and put the water into the room (the water surface height is not less than 3cm), and ask the downstairs owner whether there is leakage after 24 hours
